Remodeling schools has been our favorite CSR practice for over a decade now, it's the way kids laugh & play, after you are gone, that keeps us doing that.
Everything starts with our expert team scouting around for the perfect match to your needs & budget. It's true, lot of schools are in need, but the size of your group dictates which one is suitable for you.
Two options are available:
- either deal with a larger investment in remodeling the building (some schools are in need of infrastructure fixes which require professional teams pre-work) or
- just keep it smart & effective (painting, furniture assembly, decoration, cleaning)
Once all necessary preparation is done (budgeting, licences, workflow) your working force is divided into task teams according to the workflow, with task rotation being an option. Everybody's goal is to deliver the school ready & clean by the set time, when a delivery party to the kids is readied by another task team!
It's a bet you will be amazed by the quality work of your colleagues and the huge smiles of your little guests!
