- One virtual board can have maximum 8 teams competing. Each team can have 4-6 participants. The game setup is virtual, i.e. it is accessed by the participant through laptop or PC.
The leader of each team is the one to control the actions on the board. He must share his screen with the rest of the team, so everybody is on the same page.
- The board game has 3 decks of cards (over 60 cards in total) with questions and multiple-choice answers. The question cards can include cases from everyday business life, corporate values, sales techniques or product specifications or simply trivia stuff. The answer determines the points you earn, which translate in how many moves you make on the virtual board.
The goal of each team is to answer correctly as many questions as possible and therefore move their pawn forward on the board, leaving competitor teams behind.
Overall, it's a rigorous activity that invites all the participants to explore the depth of their knowledge, determination and goal achieving skills. At the same time it pushes them to operate effectively as a team to obtain the highest score.
Moreover, our scoring system provides the result-oriented Sales, People’s manager or the CEO with an analytical insight of its people awareness on the issues at stake.
