Team building in the middle of the Summer? In Greece? Well you do need to stay hydrated at all times. So why not combine the two! Get ready for fun on the beach with tons of water (literally).
The bucket list is a crazy game of skills, team coordination and communication. A great way to pass a solid message:
“If you are dry at the end of the day, you have to try harder”!
Teams of 8-12 people compete on a series of bucket list games. The games are all different but share 2 common characteristics. First, the main tool of each game is… the buckets, and second, the score of each game is measured in centimeters of water gathered by the teams.
Each bucket list game is played by 2 teams competing one another. Their goal is to win the other team and also to max out on effort so they can get as many points as possible and be the winners of the day.
The bucket list games are played in rotation. So each pair of teams plays every game by visiting the game’s locations one after the other. This ensures maximum participation.
The final game involves all teams at the same time. It is a waterbombing contest. During this game, teams split in two groups (pitchers and catchers). Pitchers send their waterbombs deep into the playing field, using 3person slingshots, hoping that their catchers will catch the waterbombs unscathed! The Catchers… well they do their best!
