When the weather is cold or toasty and the teams eager to party, we suggest we set up a competition in the preparation of a cool cocktail! Bit by bit, teams of 8-12 persons each, put together the pieces of the recipe for the preparation of a their delicious cocktail, going through our Barmen Bootcamp or fun group drills (optional- outdoors or indoors alike).
When done, split in even smaller groups of 4-6 persons, around a banquet or rotunda table, teams tackle the preparation of the most known Cocktails in the world: COSMOPOLITAN- DAIQUIRI- MOJITO - a lot more can be arranged, according to your specific needs.
The ingredients involved are simple but the time is pressing as all teams need to be ready for a group toast AND enter the competition of the best cocktail of the evening. Of course, a cocktail party can follow at the bar or dancing floor of the booked venue.
