This activity is most important. Not only it’s an activity that encloses all the theory of collaboration in a nutshell, it’s also a CSR move that will have a great impact for many people.
Preparing food to homeless, refuges and poor families, has become a trend, but a valued one. No other project can connect human collaboration with the corporate environment and no better way of tackling the mutual respect in the collaboration issues, while giving back to society!
Split into group of 4-6 persons, small or huge groups, are motivated into cooking a fresh, healthy, "home" made food, full of nutrients and love, an ingredient people in need are most fond of. While we provide all necessary equipment & expert help, we count on you to prepare the raw materials, cook them the right way and package them for dispatch.
Cooking is been used as a teambuilding activity for Summit for the last decade. Preparing a successful meal is as complicated as achieving a business goal. People need to work together, efficiently, effectively, with roles and tasks assigned and perform to the best of their abilities.
Still, to our eyes it wouldn’t be a teambuilding if you didn’t “taste” the outcome of your efforts, so part of your lunch for the day will be the same as the one prepared in your "social kitchen".
