This game simulates the operation of an all inclusive hotel that after many months of lock down is called to welcome a large numbers of customers. Of course, the services provided must be of high quality, but the sudden reopening has created various malfunctions, most notably in the "customer management information system".
So our hotel is called to operate efficiently and effectively, without the department heads having all the information they need.
This educational game simulates the difficult reality that many businesses face: how do our clients rate our services and/or products? What do we do best? It requires players to find new ways to function quickly and efficiently.
The heads of the departments (4-8 players/ hotel) are called to:
- Operate their departments effectively.
- Find and share the information needed by their department and the hotel as a whole.
The goal is to check in or out our hotel customers. Our skills are proven when we manage to check in or out our customers:
- Within a set number of rounds, our goal is 6 rounds or
- Within a time limit of 45 minutes or in case of other competing teams faster than all the rest.
