Whenever diffusion of knowledge and experience in a non-conventional way is required, "So you think you know" is the ideal option: launching a new product, making the company's values familiar to the employees, implementing best practices at work, making complex concepts during staff training digestible to participants etc. It is a unique team board game that guarantees the employees will be engaged and acquire knowledge in a fun and interactive way.
Participants in teams of 6-8 people, seated in a conference or meeting room around rotundas or seminar tables, play this game like any other board game: each team needs to move it's pawn on a physical board in the middle of the room, by answering questions, off the the team's card deck.
Each team designates a leader to help with the cards and an accountant to keep the score. The goal for all teams is to answer correctly as many questions as possible off their deck and doing so, move their pawns forward on the board, leaving competitor teams behind.
Questions cards include cases from everyday business life, corporate values, sales techniques or product specifications or simply trivia stuff. The way you answer, earns your team points for your pawn to move forward.
Overall, it's a rigorous activity that invites all the participants to explore the depth of their knowledge, determination and goal achieving skills, while also urge them to operate effectively as a team to obtain the highest score.
Our scoring system also provides the result-oriented Sales, HR manager or the CEO with an analytical insight of it's people awareness on the issues at stake.
